RESTORE HABITAT with Sutro Stewards
The Sutro Stewards Habitat and Trails Stewardship workdays aim to maintain the land on Mount Sutro Open Space Reserve. This foggy eucalyptus forest hosts dozens of rare, California native plants. We'd like to keep it that way! Our Saturday programs offer you the chance to get involved in whichever type of work interests you: trail work, habitat restoration, or working in our native plant nursery. We work rain or shine, and have fun doing it!
Please be prepared to get dirty! Close-toed shoes are required and it is recommended that volunteers wear hats and dress in layers. Also please arrive a little early to meet up with everyone at 9 on the dot; you don't want to be left behind when they head to the work sites from the meeting place!
Pizza and refreshments will be provided afterwards!

Volunteer Minimum Age: 14
- Volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a supervising parent or guardian with an active HOBA account. Email goodforfamilies@hoba.org to register your child.
