SPECIAL EVENT: Literacy for Environmental Justice
Come out and support HandsOn Tomorrow as they lead their own large-scale community volunteering event! We'll be working with Literacy for Environmental Justice on their ongoing habitat restoration programs. Literacy for Environmental Justice (LEJ) is a youth empowerment and environmental health and justice non-profit organization based in the community of Bayview Hunters Point San Francisco, California. LEJ provides free hands on educational programs to public schools; and paid youth internships in the areas of environmental health, urban restoration, and food access.
