GARDEN: Education Outside @ Alice Fong Yu School
Education Outside aims to change science education in urban public elementary schools by teaching outdoors. We spark children's interest in science and connect them to the natural world through hands-on learning in school gardens.
Join volunteers in weeding, planting, amending soil, organizing tool sheds, raking, and sowing at Alice Fong Yu Alternative School. Please bring personal snacks, a reusable water bottle, and wear closed-toed shoes.
