HELP OUT: Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (Great Strides San Jose)
The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is dedicated to assuring the development of the means to cure and control cystic fibrosis and to improve the quality of life for those with the disease.
Great Strides provides a great opportunity for people within the community to get involved in a great cause. The walk day is a fun, family-oriented event with a healthy 5k walk, children's activities, food, and festivities that participants look forward to year after year.
Volunteers will help with set up, registration, route marking, food distribution, rest stops, cheerleading, and clean-up.
