MAKE A FRIEND: Canon Kip Senior Center
The Canon Kip Senior Center, a program of Episcopal Community Services, provides a daily hot lunch, case management, exercise classes, nutrition workshops, support groups, and other community services to low-income seniors 60 years and older and young adults with disabilities.
The Senior Center is usually only open from 8:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday, but remains open on the 3rd Saturday of each month to celebrate applicable seniors’ birthdays with a hot lunch, live music, and dancing.
Come and celebrate at the monthly birthday party for the seniors! Volunteers will be helping to serve up a meal and a smile to those who need it most. The seniors love to dress up, dance, and sing. It's a fun Saturday activity and a great way to get your weekend started!
