GARDEN: Fresh Approach Community Compost Hub Program

Project Overview

The Community Compost Hub Program teaches the community how to divert their compostable food waste into gardening compost. The hub is a place for community members to gain hands-on experience with grass-roots food waste management. Through their workshops, volunteer workdays, and community resources, they equip families with the skills and means to convert their food scraps into rich gardening compost to grow healthy fruits and vegetables.

Volunteers will support this project by integrating food scraps into a compost pile, sifting compost, and more!

About Fresh Approach
