LEND A HAND with Bring Me a Book - East Bay - SPECIAL PROJECT!
This one day volunteer opportunity is to help assist the East Bay Community Foundation and to benefit Bring Me a Book with early literacy in Richmond schools by helping stuff a summer reading bag that will be given to each child in 51 kindergarten classes. The project will consist of labeling summer give away books, stuffing four books each into bags, and sorting the bags into classroom sets. There are 1,300 bags for the 18 different classrooms benefitting. Lunch will be provided. Location: East Bay (Richmond)
