The Berkeley Food and Housing project was founded in 1970 and serves to ease and end the crisis of homelessness for men, women, and children in the Berkeley community. With programs ranging from free meal service to permanent supportive housing, BFHP provides a continuum of care to accommodate a broad spectrum of specialized needs.

As a HandsOn Bay Area volunteer, you will help to serve a prepared meal and clean up afterwards at the BFHP Women's Shelter.
