HELP OUT: Friends of the SF Public Library
Friends of the San Francisco Public Library is a member-supported nonprofit organization that advocates, fundraises, and provides critical support for the San Francisco Public Library and related literary and educational programs.
Held at Fort Mason Center’s Festival Pavilion, the Book Sale will feature over 250,000 books, DVDs, CDs, books on tape, vinyl and other forms of tion programs that promote literacy for children, teens and adults.
Volunteers will help this huge effort by keeping things neat and organized, and by working as cashiers at this great event. Get there early and check out the books because each volunteer will receive a $5 coupon!
