Agency: SF Recreation and Park - Legion of Honor

Description: On Be The Change Day, volunteers will get dirty while helping to beautify the public grounds of The Legion of Honor, a fine arts museum that commemorates California's veterans of WWI. There will be time to enjoy breathtaking views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the Bay.
Please wear comfortable clothing in layers, that you don’t mind getting dirty, and closed-toe athletic shoes or hiking/work boots (no open-toe or slip-on shoes). (SF: Presidio)

Volunteer Minimum Age: 10

• Volunteers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a supervising parent or guardian with an active HOBA account. Email goodforfamilies@hoba.org to register your child.


• Ages 16 to 17 must bring a signed parent/guardian consent form.
