Organization Profile

The Partnership was formed in 1995 with a mission to guide collaborative efforts and connect our community to services that promote well-being. Annually, over $1 Million in quality programs and services are provided to the Northern San Mateo County Community through the Partnership's collaborative efforts. DCP serves the community with programs and services through the following departments: Our Second Home Family Resource Center, After School Academic Programs, Healthy Aging Response Team and the Community Action Response Team. The Community Service Center is one of 8 Core San Mateo County agencies that addresses homelessness and provides basic safety-net services for those needing temporary assistance. Caring case workers assess each individual’s situation and connect residents (primarily from Daly City & Colma) to emergency shelter, food, clothing, home goods, utility and housing assistance programs… all based upon their ability to meet income guidelines and eligibility requirements.
