Don Edwards SF Bay Nat'l Wildlife Refuge

Don Edwards San Francisco Bay National Wildlife Refuge, the first urban National Wildlife Refuge establish in the United States, protects more than 30,000 acres of open space and significant wildlife habitat in south San Francisco Bay. The Environmental Education Center at the Refuge is dedicated to education about the preservation and enhancement of wildlife habitat through interpretive exhibits and programs open to the public.
